What does Light Agency actually replace?

The spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads most agencies run leads, projects, and client approvals through. Leads, pipeline, projects, tasks, payments, and your team all live in one workspace instead.

Can I import my existing clients, projects, and tasks?

Yes — paste text, or upload a CSV, PDF, or even a photo, and AI Import turns it into structured clients, projects, or task records you review and save.

Do my clients need to create an account?

No. Each client gets a tokenized portal link where they can view project progress, approve work or request revisions, and view/pay invoices — no login required (an optional email-verified sign-in is available for extra security).

Can the client portal look like our own brand, not Light Agency's?

Yes — your logo, favicon, and brand colors (set during onboarding) carry through to the client-facing portal.

Billing & Plans

Is there a free trial?

Not currently — Light Agency is one flat plan (₱1,200/month) with everything included, no feature-gated tiers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the Billing page inside your workspace at any time — your subscription is managed through PayPal, so there's no separate cancellation process to chase down.

What happens if my subscription lapses?

Your workspace is locked behind a paywall until you resubscribe — nothing is deleted, and your data is exactly as you left it once you reactivate.

What payment methods can I bill my own clients with?

Manual, Stripe, PayPal, GCash, or bank transfer — with support for full payment or installment plans, overdue interest, and a full payment history per invoice.

Security & Data

Is my agency's data isolated from other agencies on the platform?

Yes — every workspace is fully isolated multi-tenant data, enforced at the database level with row-level security, not just application-level checks.

Can I control what each team member can see or do?

Yes — roles come with sensible defaults, and you can override individual permissions per team member for finer control.

Client Portal

What can clients do in the portal without an account?

View each project's status and progress, approve work or request a revision with a comment, view invoices with a payment-progress bar and itemized history, download invoice PDFs, and leave comments your team sees in-app.
